Double bill of horror thrillers directed by Bob Kelljan. In 'Count Yorga, Vampire' (1970), Donna (Donna Anders) is desperate to make contact with her deceased mother and hosts a séance led by a Bulgarian mystic called Count Yorga (Robert Quarry), who recently moved to America from Europe. After returning the Count to his Southern Californian mansion, Donna begins to feel strange. With her behaviour becoming increasingly erratic and having acquired a lust for blood, it's not long before her friends suspect that the mysterious Count Yorga might be the cause. In 'The Return of Count Yorga' (1971), the Count relocates to San Francisco where he begins to prey on the occupants of a local orphanage. However, he runs into trouble after falling in love with young teacher Cynthia (Mariette Hartley), who does all she can to fight off the Count's deadly advances.
