What weight are you? What height are you? Well, these things although personal are easy to measure.
We have scientific scales to tell height, weight, temperature, even to richter scales for earthquakes. Humans are great. But unfortunately when it comes to emotions, we don't have a scale.
Fortunately, I have created one. How are you feeling today on a scale of 1 to 10?
