What does it really cost to say yes to God?

For Don Sutton, the answer didn't come all at once. It came through years of running from God's call, a battle with alcohol, finding the woman who would become his wife, raising a family, pastoring a small-town church, witnessing the faithfulness of God through impossible circumstances, and eventually hearing the call that would take his family farther from home than they ever imagined.

But following God meant leaving things behind too-family, friends, familiarity, and precious grandchildren they could no longer hold whenever they wanted. Somewhere over the Pacific, the question became very real:
