WORK: A DAILY CHALLENGE

The new industrial revolution and the irruption of artificial intelligence are bringing about fundamental changes in the world of work, creating unemployment on the one hand and the need for new professions and trades on the other. Opinions are divided between those who predict the creation of millions of jobs due to the new forms of work and those who see a very complicated horizon for the less favored classes of the population, especially in countries with a large number of people unprepared to face the new challenges. Companies in turn are in a race to adapt to this new world and to the new consumer groups. Many companies will disappear or be absorbed and many others will be created within the permanent technological change. In this scenario, many entrepreneurs are starting their own business with great enthusiasm, but with an uncertain destiny. Some have achieved great successes, which today are beacons of cutting-edge industry. In the middle of this process is the worker who every day has to deal with keeping his job, changing winds. That is why we call the book "Work, a daily challenge".
