This study includes a mathematical and statistical modeling of wind speed, the planning stages, layout design and economic evaluation of wind energy project. It includes a case study of most promising site and technical and economical evaluation of nine selected wind turbines to investigate the most productivity of wind energy. The sensitivity analysis was adopted.
