Why Cry?

Dr. Luvenia Miles was born in a small town, Massillon, Ohio. At the age of five, her parents moved the family to Michigan. In Michigan, Dr. Luvenia Miles received GOD's calling and lived a purpose-driven life. Certainly, her parents' influence guided her on a path to pursue GOD's divine will for her life. Mother Mildred Poole, Dr. Luvenia's mom, was a sanctified woman of GOD, who admonished her daughter to live an uncompromised Christian life.

Dr. Luvenia accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, at the tender age of eleven, and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost at the age of thirteen. So today, her testimony is: GOD has kept her from a multitude of worldly sins.

Prior to completing high school, Dr. Luvenia married the love of her life, Apostle Charles O. Miles. She became a mother of five and attained her educational goals with a Doctoral degree in the field of Education. While building a legacy that represents the God-led path she has taken, Dr. Luvenia Miles exemplifies Christ daily.

Her most heartfelt prayer is that men, women, boys, and girls will be led by Christ, have integrity, live life to the fullest, and know that laziness is not an option. She also encourages the saints to work wholeheartedly for Christ. Finally, and above all, her mission is to know that she has completed everything that GOD has commissioned her to do.
