WHAT IF

What if you just sat back and wondered about the world, how big it is, how vast, and... if you chose to ask yourself WHAT IF, knowing that you could write about anything in the world that your mind could dream up; then what would you write about?
With that thought in mind each morning before beginning to write, I respectfully call upon my Spirit Guides of Love and Light to assist me in coming up with the most important subjects that I should share with my reading audience, and after doing so, I ask them to please guide me with their Love and Light...and they do. I always graciously thank them for guiding me with their sacred Love and Light.
I seldom know what I will write about when I first sit at my laptop, but closing my eyes in silence for a few moments, I get their message of what my next WHAT IF is about; such as: WHAT IF you become homeless and you don't know what to do. By coming up with who and what my homeless person is, that brief, individual story quickly begins to flow from there.
I keep my mind open and receptive to the entire planet... and beyond. While thinking about the complex human and environmental situation on Earth, a variety of subjects begin to filter into my mind, and from there I go forward.
