The Harmonic Scaling Structure Monograph presents the full theoretical framework and empirical test suite of the emerging Unified Substrate Theory (UST). The volume integrates the harmonic scaling law, the geometric substrate model, and twelve cross-domain tests spanning astrophysics, seismology, cosmology, and planetary science. Across more than a dozen independent datasets-SPARC rotation curves, earthquake foreshocks and aftershocks, ACT DR6 weak-lensing maps, supernova redshift structure, BAO data, planetary architectures, nuclear and hadronic spectra, and binary black-hole populations-the monograph documents recurrent log-periodic signatures predicted by UST. Several sectors reach very high statistical significance, including >50σ in seismic cascades and ∼37σ in galaxy rotation curves, alongside 4-5σ signals in exosystems, weak-field acceleration, microphysical excitation ladders, and ACT lensing.
