• Part I - tsconfig in depth. Every flag in the strict family walked deliberately, target/lib per runtime, the moduleResolution decision matrix (bundler/node16/nodenext), project references, isolatedModules, isolatedDeclarations, verbatimModuleSyntax.
• Part II - build and transpile pipelines. tsc as type-checker vs as builder; esbuild, swc, tsx, and sucrase compared honestly; tsup, unbuild, and tshy as opinionated library bundlers; Vite for apps; Rollup for libraries.
