Truthful Love is a dark romance set in the violent underworld of Rome, where power, obsession, and vulnerability collide.

The story follows Mike, a young man searching for work, who accidentally wanders into the territory of Il Pungo Caldo, one of Rome's most dangerous mafia organizations. There, he encounters Contessa Hernández, the ruthless and enigmatic mafia queen. Their first meeting is brutal-she nearly kills him-yet inexplicably saves his life, igniting a dangerous and confusing bond.

Desperate and drawn to her, Mike returns, only to be pulled deeper into her world when she offers him a deal: a loan in exchange for absolute loyalty.
