Dreams are coming to pass in the small, coastal town of Tranquility Cove, since Annalee Carson began visiting her friends, Niki and Danny West, who recently bought and moved into the original Cartwright house. While Annalee helps others understand the meaning of their dreams, she's having a hard time remembering her own, and that is a headache in itself.

While heading to the latest and greatest quilt retreat in Panama City Beach, on the Gulf Coast, the Crazy Sistas Quilting Club finds themselves blown off course, and in the middle of Hurricane Jorge as it tracks to hit the small coastal town of Tranquility Cove head on. Their problem is the retreat center is being blown away just as the sisters are passing through town. Although the storm hits hard, the aftermath makes room for new dreams and opportunities in Tranquility Cove.
