When health is fun, training easily becomes a part of life. A well-balanced, modern back-training programme meets this requirement particularly well. "Strengthen your back" is the motto for making back fitness the pillar of the body and of our daily lives. Developing a healthy posture, easier load carrying and a general feeling of well-being are the main goals. This manual presents a focused programme which seeks to offer varied and attractive exercises. The emphasis is placed on gentle strengthening gymnastics, supplemented by stretching and mobility programmes.
