Day by day, hour by hour, moment by moment, the amount of information in the universe increases. This begs the question: is the purpose of the universe to produce information? If so, wouldn't the designers fine tune it to increase and streamline production? A wormhole serves such a purpose. It is a conduit from one place to another but also from one point in time to another. It moves information back and forth through time, and in doing so it seeds the creation of more information, making the universe more efficient at producing information. This novel tells the story of Peter, the man who discovered these time portals.
