Apekshit Khare is a seasoned HR leader with over fifteen years of experience across human resources, marketing and sales. As Zonal HR Head at Godrej Properties, he champions people transformation, leadership development and a culture rooted in respect, autonomy and growth.

With a multidisciplinary background, Apekshit blends strategic thinking with deep empathy. He has guided young professionals and senior leaders alike, fostering confident, emotionally intelligent leadership and inclusive, purpose-driven teams. He was named an Economic Times Young Leader in 2017.
