An autoimmune thyroid diseases occur when the presence of an autoantibodies against thyroid antigens, such as thyroid microsomal antibodies (TPO) and thyroglobulin antibodies (TG Ab) that may be triggered by other factors just like as an infection with Helicobacter pylori. According to Gaza strip, high prevalence of H. pylori infection was 72.2%. These percentage increase the probability of autoimmune thyroid diseases. Therefore, Autoimmune thyroid diseases have been recently linked to H. pylori infection. Examination of TPO and TG are required in hypothyroidism females infected with H. pylori to an attempt to understand the association of these antibodies with H. pylori. The present work could be directly investigated as physiological assessment of hypothyroidism infected with Helicobacter Pylori after eradicated with triple treatment. This study brought into focus this risk health problem. The result of this research may draw the attention of physicians to consider these results.
