Three Quarters of a Century of Triumph

"Three Quarters of a Century of Triumph" offers a comprehensive overview of the missionary achievements of the Foreign Missionary Society of the United Brethren in Christ over seventy-five years of service. Compiled for the seventy-fifth anniversary report and board meeting held in Westerville, Ohio, in November 1930, this work documents the historical growth, spiritual outreach, and global impact of the society since its inception.

The volume provides detailed insights into the challenges and successes faced by missionaries in various international fields, illustrating the commitment of the United Brethren in Christ to global evangelism and humanitarian efforts. Readers will find historical accounts of church expansion, administrative reports, and reflections on the evolution of missionary strategy through the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This report serves as a vital primary source for those interested in the history of Christian missions, the organizational development of American denominations, and the specific legacy of the United Brethren in Christ. It captures a significant moment of institutional reflection, celebrating decades of dedication to faith-based service while looking toward future endeavors in a changing global landscape.
