Hello, this is Sukesh Kumar writer of this book. I want to explore that how to step to basic to super consciousness of human life. The consciousness or ultimate consciousness is expanded in our whole universe. I think we need to say that the universal consciousness. I have described the techniques and layers of it. It is my first book may be there is some issues with grammar and writing sense so forgive me for that if something I have written and you are not getting a proper sense. I will try to do improve in another edition. Because it is totally based on my experience you do not need to go any himalayas, you do not need to leave your family for inner silence or peace just follow the steps I have experienced and attach yourself to super-consciousness with few steps.

2. Mental Consciousness - The subtle than physical consciousness and how to achieve it.

3. Emotional Consciousness - More deeper or subtler than mental consciousness how does it work in our life.

4. Super-Consciousness - The ultimate consciousness which is expanded in our universe
