Then the Confident Communicators Club is chosen to create Gulmohar Academy's Welcome Walk - six interactive stations, one Open House and only four days to build it. Dev responds by trying to coordinate everything himself. The result is not efficiency. Through role mix-ups, decision battles, late drafts, accessibility testing, useful feedback, a missing supply box, sudden monsoon rain and a live event full of surprises, Dev learns how to match roles to strengths, share leadership, disagree productively, hold teammates accountable without attacking them, adapt when the plan breaks and give credit where it belongs.
