A victim of childhood sexual abuse, author Asia Davis is a survivor. Along with her mother, who was also traumatized by childhood sexual abuse, Davis faced unimaginable struggles from her childhood into adulthood. While the abuse could have destroyed them, this mother and daughter pair chose to rise above.  

First conceived by Davis's late mother, The Sacrificial Lamb is the story of two survivors bonded by blood and shared trauma. It is a story of perseverance, hope, and triumph to guide others who are navigating mental health issues stemming from childhood sexual abuse on their own path to healing. Transporting readers into their world, they acknowledge the pain, fear, despair and bitterness of their past while expressing gratitude for the love and courage that kept them going. Having found the strength to persevere, they invite others to follow suit and discover the overwhelming joy and relief of God's salvation.
