The Mallorcan Gambit

Mallory, Dana, and Emily attend a séance in a mountain town near fabled Palm Springs, California-the town renowned as a desert playground for Hollywood stars. The séance, however, does not unfold as expected. The beautiful medium, overwhelmed by fear, abruptly flees the scene after making a dire prediction: someone present will die, and another will be charged with murder. 

Determined to uncover the truth behind the medium's prophecy, the women undertake an investigation that leads them to exotic locales: an art gallery opening, a lively drag brunch, a mysterious date ranch, and ultimately the historic island of Mallorca where they find themselves entangled with Rene Pascal, an elusive international criminal. And when a shady business acquaintance dies, Mallory is implicated in the death.

As the mystery intensifies, others who were at the séance-a policeman and agents from the FBI and DEA-help the women navigate the complexities of the case and the perilous circumstances they face. A gripping climax challenges the women's belief that justice and redemption will ultimately prevail.
