For the past two weeks, Olivia has been hearing a whisper in her ear, telling her to go to the Nightwell Museum. Finally, one night after work, she follows the whisper to the artifacts room in the abandoned building. The only artifact left is an old mask sitting in the middle of the floor as if someone left it for her. The voice returns, telling her to put it on. Reluctantly, she holds it up and the mask fuses to her face. She's transported to the Fractured Abyss, where everything is rotting. Olivia sees a mysterious portal with something coming through. It looks like a person at first, until the skin is peeled off like some kind of costume, revealing a grotesque creature. When she takes off the mask, she's back in Nightwell Springs. After doing some research on the mask, she learns that it is used to tell who is human and who is a Fleshweaver disguising themselves. It's up to Olivia to save Nightwell Springs, but will she give into the powers of the mask instead?
