These pages will remind you of the authority you have to boldly declare - I matter, I am worthy of love, I am allowed to be free. The offense, will NOT control me! Forgiveness gives you the strength to refuse to be bitter, to refuse to be angry, to refuse to allow what someone did dictate how your story ends. Forgiveness is the way to get your power back!

The pages of this workbook are meant to be a comprehensive study on the road to better, and is best when shared in a group setting. Each lesson helps to reveal the hidden issues that may be blocking the love you're seeking, the promotion you're applying for or the confidence to start your own business. There isn't any aspect of unforgiveness that the lessons contained in this manual couldn't resolve including forgiving yourself.

Whether studying on your own or in a group of two or more, you'll discover proven strategies to confront the wounds of the past in a way that produces resolution. You will be encouraged to honor where you are on your journey and record your thoughts for reflection. Carve out a safe place and time study, and do not allow any thoughts of shaming or blaming. Group study is beneficial for alternative perspectives, as no two individuals process information the same way. Ultimately however, these lessons are for healing and deep introspection. When we refuse to forgive ourselves of our past failures or mistakes we block our ability to be free, to walk this earth with integrity - free to love, to giggle, to play and dream!
