The Couriers

Following the unexpected inheritance of partial ownership of the Sicilian vineyard and winery, Kathy and Scott return to Sicily to manage the business and master the skills of winemaking, The chance meeting of a CIA officer the previous summer and his unusual request for help leads them on a new series of adventures. They are enlisted as part-time CIA couriers with assignments that add travel and excitement to their routine summer work in the vineyard.
At the conclusion of the wine season, their final assignment from the CIA officer takes them to Moscow to retrieve a trove of valuable top-secret nuclear information. The risky mission turns disastrous when the man they met is grabbed by the KGB. Kathy and Scott face the likelihood that their clandestine rolls as couriers has been uncovered by the Russians and they are in danger of losing the information...and their lives.
Forced to adopt an alternative escape plan, the amateur couriers flee Moscow, battling the constant fear of capture by Russian law enforcement. The terrifying adventure ends with surprising twists and turns as the adventurers battle their inner fears and dangerous artic-circle temperatures.
