In The Constellation Code, strategic communications consultant Renée Schnitzler draws on thirty years inside organisations - watching decisions get made, dysfunction take root, and highly capable people disappoint in ways nobody could quite explain - to make a case that is both radical and obvious once it lands.

The heroic, all-carrying, singular leader is not a high bar that most people fail to reach. It is a design that does not exist.

Human Design is a framework that describes, with remarkable precision, how each person is built to function - their natural mode of contribution, their decision-making intelligence, and the specific conditions that allow them to operate at their best. It identifies five distinct Energy Types, each carrying a different function that the others cannot replicate. No single type is built for traditional leadership. But together, the five types form a complete leadership ecosystem. A constellation.

Each type carries one function the others cannot. Each is essential to the whole. Each is sustainable only when operating from their genuine design rather than the performance the model demands.
