About the Author

Sidonie Bouchet is a French Australian spiritual author dedicated to guiding and supporting you towards transformation. Through her writings she offers insight and inspiration for inner growth.

She is the author of the 5-book series, The Lightworker Guide. She is also the author of The Respected Lightworker and The Silent Exile. In 2013 she published Alleluia, the first book in a trilogy that chronicles her personal spiritual journey from darkness into light.

Sidonie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of European Communication. She has also studied Psychology, Natural Medicine and Reflexology. After working a decade in editorial publishing, she followed her spiritual calling and embarked on her mission to help others reconnect to their inner light.

From 2000 to 2012, she brought together Lightworkers for ceremonial performances, including at the renowned Woodford Folk Festival in Australia.

In 2011, she founded the Soul Sex Facebook page, a space where she shared her thoughts and writings with a large international community, fostering authentic connection, self-empowerment and healing.
