The Awakening of God's Last Dragon

This poetry and prose collection, accompanied by original illustrations, invites readers into the inner world of an ordinary person with extraordinary gifts. It is a journey of self-exploration-one that asks what happens when we dare to move from what is to what could be, in a world where so many are quietly yearning for more.

The path is not always gentle. These pages explore the raw spectrum of human emotion: the weight of daily struggle, the ache of the mundane, and moments of deep despair. Yet through acceptance and forgiveness, something powerful begins to take shape-transformation.

The awakening of the dragon within us becomes a symbol of inner strength long dormant, waiting for the moment it rises to remind us we are capable of far more than we ever imagined.

Let us take this journey together.

The illustrations featured throughout the book are paintings by the author, Liza Ortiz. Created years before the words found their voice, these works are part of a collection of over 100 pieces. Each illustration was thoughtfully chosen to mirror and deepen the emotional resonance of the written work.
