It gives them a definition of the word for them to understand what each word means. It asks them to wake up every morning, pick an affirmation from this book and say it.
As a former teacher, I used to have my elementary students pick a positive word for the week and say it at the beginning of class for that week. As a parent/guardian or teacher, take this book and have your children or students speak these affirmations out loud every day no matter how they are feeling. If they do it every day, they will get to a point where they will not have to look at this book to remember the affirmation or affirmations they want to say. Let's make this world a better place to be and spread love.
