Summer Break

It's summer break for high school English teacher and single dad, Miles Harris. Although he and his daughter love their home, he's decided to make a big move. He fell in love with Seaside, Oregon after helping his friend move to the coastal town. Making this move is a chance he's willing to take in order to give his daughter a better life. He's not looking for a relationship, but when he meets Sophie Hyde, all bets are off.

Sophie is on a summer break of her own. But not from her job as the owner of Booked at the Beach, one of Seaside's favorite local bookstores. She's declared this summer a break from dating.
