Spellbound No More

Seeking escape, I would drown my dreams in substances, and eventually, when I woke up, I had left myself to the bears (literally)! I had given my power away, making myself small to earn love. I was living my life spellbound.

After years of going down the proverbial rabbit hole, trying every modality and method I could to break free, I realized I had overcomplicated it. Everything came back to the breath, and it was life-changing.
