Sky's life is a mess, and Bones is tempted to make it a little messier.

In a small town, Sky keeps his ex's shabby motel up and running. Sky doesn't have much of a choice. He has a baby to raise and wants both himself and Michael present in her life. They may not agree on much, but Susie's safety is a top priority they both share. So when a hired hitman shows up at the motel, looking for someone in town, Sky's hackles raise, but so does his heart rate.

That pretty boy makes him want to linger around town for just a little bit longer. Bones tells himself he's just taking his time looking for his target, but the way his dusty old heart beats for Sky tells him otherwise. But Bones will never admit that. It's best if everyone fears him as they should. Even snarky guys who amusingly think their doe eyes can be intimidating.
