This story was born from a conversation about a certain person allowing certain infamous YouTube brothers into the United States. One of us didn't react to the news so well (not going to say which) and came up with the villain Ivan Tusk in a five minute long rant. This story, like the entire Mary Sue series, is for people looking a villain to hate and want to see them get their comeuppance.
