This book I'm writing to bring forward the hidden battles women go through everywhere and unseen to society.
I have tried to relate this book with my experiences and hidden battles I've gone through until my journey as a woman.
I'm highlighting in this book the unseen mental load women carry whether they are homemamkers, working professionals, mothers, wives etc.

Women is always being judged for everything and the kind of inequality/discrimination/sacrifices/ biological changes she goes through which is unnoticed to and unacknowledged.

The generations are changing but women's role is still the same., They are silently struggling inside her yet.
I've also highlighted about women's mental health and stressors in this book which is never been taken care by society.
I'm trying to show society's perspective as well for women through this book.

Being a woman I understand and gone through many ups and downs and also observed with other women's experiences.
I hope everyone would like this edition of my book and try to support your woman everywhere and change your perspective towards women.
