Dana Jessup is a Christian author, Christ-centered transformation consultant, and U.S. Air Force veteran originally from Nashville, Tennessee, now living on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. She is passionate about teaching others that lasting freedom is found through faith in Jesus. After experiencing her own breakthrough from binge eating and food addiction, Dana felt called to share her story and build a faith-based wellness business that empowers others to stop guessing and start seeing real results. Her goal is to take the overwhelm out of health-because "His yoke is easy and His burden is light" (Matthew 11:30).

Her life and work are anchored in six powerful transformation pillars: authentic faith, vision setting, movement, nutrition, self-care, and creativity. By living these principles herself, she inspires others to strengthen their faith, restore their health, and design a life they truly love.

Through her teaching, writing, and creative work, Dana combines faith, honesty, and encouragement to meet people where they are and guide them toward the transforming power of God's love.

When she's not writing or creating, Dana enjoys art, Bible study, and planning her next cruise or theme park adventure. She continues to use her gifts to inspire others to grow in faith and achieve the dreams that God placed in their hearts.
