In the shadowed halls of the Underworld, Hades rules as the Unseen King, stern judge of souls, warden of Tartarus, and keeper of ancient chains that bind horrors older than the Titans themselves.
Long ago, he and his brothers overthrew their father Cronus and imprisoned Osaphacus, the ravenous void born from rejected malice, a shadow that eats light, splits into clones, and hungers for thrones. The chains were supposed to hold forever.
They didn't.
Now the entity stirs, its doppelgängers slipping through cracks in reality, feeding on unburied dead, mortal regrets, and divine fractures. The greatest weakness? Persephone, the queen Hades stole from sunlit meadows to share his lonely throne. Her seasonal cycle half-light, half eternal night has become a door left ajar. When a cold wind carries corruption to her terrace above, and her eyes turn black with something not her own, Hades knows the ancient enemy has found its way in.
As rivers roar louder and Cerberus bays in warning, the Lord of the Dead must face a truth more terrifying than death itself: the monster he bound may now devour the one being who made his kingdom bearable.
