I used to think it was just a cute name for our neighborhood preschool. But the deeper I dig, the more it looks like a top secret SVR training program. It was bad enough finding out that my own father brainwashed me as a child to become his perfect loyal sleeper spy, but learning that he might have done the same thing to my friends has taken his betrayal to a whole new level.

The CIA has declared my dad's old terror cell cold and silent. But even if he's sitting alone in a dark hole never to be heard from again, there's no way his boss has given up on their plans. Fortunately, the Secretary of Defense seems to have the same idea, but he's decided to pair me with none other than Dad's former protégée.

Every new lead seems to bring more questions than answers, and I can't help wishing that this set of bad guys was the only problem on my mind. My new relationship with Parker is complicating my go-to persuasion tactics, and if I can't figure things out, my whole future could be on the line.

Finding the rest of my dad's network is the priority, but that's a lot easier said than done. I've always thought that working people was my specialty. But when it comes to fellow spies, how do I know they're not the ones working me?
