The year is 2045 - as if civil unrest, climate change, and mass poverty weren''t bad enough, the world has witnessed the rise of a new breed of technological robber barons who every month unleash new horrors seemingly beyond the reach of law. The federal government creates a task force of militarised police, including specialists in reconnaissance, intelligence, operations and tactics and gives them carte blanche to keep the simmering stew pot of domestic unrest from boiling over. However, the formation of a visible symbol of authority only creates an arms race of the weird, the desperate, and the opportunistic. Soon, this new task force finds themselves battling mutant frogmen, mad bombers, and ninjas in fighter jets.
