Radiant Empathy: Captain's Log is not a blank notebook.

Created by psychologist and author Kathy Marshack, this logbook emerges from the Radiant Empathy framework-a body of work focused on navigating NeuroDivergent relationships with greater understanding, self-regulation, and personal integrity.

At its core is a simple premise: before change or resolution, there must be clear seeing.

Each page offers space to pause and observe. Rather than directing the user through prescriptive prompts, the Captain's Log allows for the tracking of internal experience over time-emotional responses, patterns of interaction, and moments of confusion or clarity.
