Officer Vince Miller is a tactical genius who irons his socks and memorizes the municipal code. Tank is a seven-foot-tall ex-brawler who solves problems by throwing vending machines at them.

But when a high-stakes diplomatic mission goes sideways, they are the only thing standing between peace and total war. Their assignment: Transport Prince Glarb-the heir to the Veridian Throne-across the most dangerous city in the sector.
