This book is based on my own little prayer book that I have developed over the years and that I take with me everywhere. I cannot pretend that I am a phenomenal prayer warrior, or that I have learned all there is to know about prayer, but having a prayer notebook has been so invaluable to me that I wish to share it with others who may have a similar problem with focused prayers.
