My clinical training and life experiences have taught me that there is a powerful connection between spirituality, happiness, and mental health. Thought systems that are based on fear and guilt produce anger and depression. Those that are based on love and forgiveness promote intimacy and healing. Learning how to ask for, receive, and recognize spiritual guidance from a loving God enhances both. This book will help you to move in that direction if you give it some thought.
