Therefore, the credit for introducing 'Afsancha' as a genre in Urdu literature, giving it literary status and developing it goes to Joginder Paul. Joginder Paul is well aware of the fact that today's man is losing his moral and human dignity due to industrial development and the development of technology. He feels himself a stranger and lonely even in a crowd. The moral values ​​of man are declining day by day and the individual is gradually starting to live a life like an animal.
