My name is Samantha and this is my first ever book discussing something I've always wanted to address, mental health. You're not alone! I'm not just a fashion model, social influencer, or the so called "perfect" girl you all think I am. I also struggle with mental health and panic attacks even living my "dream life". I want you to know you're not alone and we can face the world together. I would like you to join me on this journey and take a look into my life so we can find happiness, peace, and coping skills.
