Operation Black Current

When a high-speed pursuit through the waters surrounding Puerto Rico ends with the seizure of a heavily armed smuggling vessel, Captain Bobby Carrillo believes his department has intercepted another major narcotics operation. But hidden among the drugs is something far more dangerous-encrypted intelligence, military-grade weapons, and evidence linking local criminal gangs to an international network operating across the Caribbean.

Assigned to lead the investigation, Bobby joins forces with veteran Detective Israel Reyes and Marine Interdiction Lieutenant Ruben Ayala, whose unmatched knowledge of the region's coastal waters proves essential as the case expands beyond anything they imagined. What begins as a routine law enforcement operation quickly transforms into a relentless hunt stretching from the streets of San Juan to remote Caribbean islands, where ruthless traffickers, corrupt officials, and heavily armed mercenaries will stop at nothing to protect their secrets.

As bodies begin to pile up and witnesses vanish, the trio uncovers a sophisticated criminal enterprise using Puerto Rico as the gateway for an expanding empire built on narcotics, weapons trafficking, money laundering, and political corruption. Every successful raid exposes another layer of the organization, revealing an enemy with seemingly limitless resources, advanced technology, and operatives embedded in places no one expected.

Outnumbered and often abandoned by the very institutions they serve, Bobby, Israel, and Ruben wage a desperate battle against an invisible enemy capable of striking anywhere, at any time. With every victory, they believe they are dismantling the organization responsible for the violence devastating the Caribbean.

They are wrong.

Unknown to them, they have only disrupted one branch of a far greater conspiracy-one that reaches far beyond organized crime and into the highest levels of global power. The operation they call Black Current is merely the opening move in a conflict that will eventually expose the Shadow Cartel, the Ghost Fleet, Silent Dominion, and ultimately the mysterious organization known only as The Consortium.

Packed with explosive action, relentless suspense, tactical realism, and unforgettable characters, Operation Black Current: The First Strike launches a blockbuster thriller series where every mission uncovers a darker secret, and every victory comes at a devastating cost.
