After surviving the ambush that killed his SEAL team in Egypt, Anthony "Tony" Obrɛmpong Agyei vanishes into the shadows of the international arms trade. From a fortress in Ghana's Eastern Region, he builds an empire of weapons and influence - forged through discipline, grief, and guilt.

But power has a price. His weapons spill African blood, and the silence of his fallen brothers haunts him.

Meanwhile, the International Crime Syndicate (ICS) - led by Chairman Gustavo Fuentes, Vice Chairman Kenji Fujimori, and Ambassador Anthony Amato - launches Project Liquid Blue, a biochemical weapon engineered to control humanity. The ICS seeks a Regional Commander for Africa - and Tony becomes the prime candidate, unaware that saying yes will ignite a war between destiny and damnation.

Guided by ancestral visions and the Council of Seven - chiefs of ancient Africa - and by Ethiopian archaeologist Makeda Gebreselassie, Tony is called to rule and to redeem. His journey will lead through loyalty and betrayal, warfare and awakening - toward the destiny to unite Africa and reclaim its soul.
