A brutal nor'easter turns Dalton, Maine into a snowglobe with teeth-power out, roads buried, tempers high. Miles Kincaid is flown in to triage storm claims fast and keep chaos (and lawsuits) from exploding. He expects hostility, accusations, and sleepless nights.
