In the year 2147, the NeuroGenix corporation develops a groundbreaking technology: the 'NeuroM0rph' system, which allows almost any modification of the human body. Officially, it is used to heal serious injuries, but the truth is far more sinister.
The hacker Carl Voss is drawn into a spiral of betrayal and cruel experiments by a conspiracy. When he tries to steal secret data from NeuroGenix, he is caught - and involuntarily becomes a test subject. He wakes up in a completely different body: young, female, and with genetic modifications that he does not understand.
He now calls himself Caroline and sets out to find the dark truth that NeuroGenix is hiding in a research facility on the planet Siuq J254.
She gets support from Maren, an underground activist known in the scene as 'Ghost'.
