Authors proposed a solution to the problem of the emergence of new opportunities for non-gravitational convective processes - Marangoni convection - as well as (in the presence of residual gravity) small thermogravitational processes in the space, which prevent the production of perfectly homogeneous crystal, using controlled vertical vibration of the molten crystalline solution to uniformly mix the top layer (especially the seed zone) and the sides of the single crystal growth device using the same vibroturbulization process.
