The Quality of mobile systems impacts the way citizens benefit from the services they provide. For this reason, quality need to be determined in advanced and there is also a need for well-defined measures of the quality of these systems in order to be implemented successfully. This book investigates the factors that determine the Quality in Use of mobile government systems. It introduces Usability and User Experience as factors that determine the quality and Acceptance as an indicator of quality and tries to highlight the relationship between them.
