Midnight City

The way Emerson Locke sees it, he's dead already. Before he closes the coffin on his violent life, he is going to do whatever it takes to find out who killed his friend and take them to hell with him. As a former Marine Raider, he has the tools and the skills to do it.

Dr. Nathan Payne has been at war with the world his entire life. His hyperactive senses have left him alone and socially inept. His near-eidetic memory makes him valuable to his government as a tool, but not as a human. The work is all he knows - until his estranged sister leaves a voicemail of her kidnapping.

Homeless veterans are missing off the streets, and no one is looking for them. A brutal, well-financed criminal organization is cleaning house and killing everyone in its way. Locke and Payne have to use everything they have learned to battle the evil they discover.

Both men are after different things. One seeks revenge, no matter the cost. The other seeks to mend the wounds of his past through redemption. Together, they'll discover something sinister in the heart of New York and work together to uncover the truth behind Midnight City.
