This guided couples journal gives each person space to slow down, write honestly, and understand the other person before responding. Instead of reacting in the heat of the moment, each partner writes their own perspective first. When both people are finished, you swap journals, read each other's words fully, and come back together with more clarity.

This journal is not about avoiding conflict.

It is about moving through it differently.
